Do I have to be a member of the Hustlers Club to buy meet and greet tickets for All Time Low?

My two friends and I are Huge All Time Low Fans. For the Glamour Kills Tour coming up, we want to buy meet and greet tickets. If they are selling them, can we buy them on ticketmaster or something? or do we need to join the hustlers club?
