Some one please explain to me the whole suki desu suzuki-kun series?

The manga just ended suddenly and I know that there's an OVA but i can't find the second one. I don't know if it just hasn't come out yet or if I just can't find it. Some one please explain what happened??? Both the anime and manga if possible. And if you know where I can read or watch it please tell me!!
