Is the Japanese band, the GazettE, playing in Pittsburg, PA. and when?

I have heard that they are playing from two people and one person said that he already has tickets for it, But i wanna make sure that it is true before we get the tickets. So does anyone know if GazettE is playing in Pittsburg and if they are, when?
