What can those college students be prosecuted with who invaded and violated Tyler Clementi's privacy?

Definitely not man slaughter, that's just to exaggerate the case. They were invading Clementi's privacy, and Clementi took it upon himself to commit suicide. It's not entirely Ravi and Wei's fault of Clementi's death, as he could have responded to the issue differently. They should face some time in jail, but nothing in the level of a serial killer or a drunk driver who kills a pedestrian. It also might be seen as a hate crime, since the invasion of privacy was clearly done because of the victim's ual orientation.
