Help i need to stay sane?

ok heres the thing my boyfriend works all day he leaves at 7am and duzent get out till about 6 i have no car no where to go and my friends are still in school so im home alone all day with a 7 month old baby and she is a handfull not with crying just she is always geting into smt and if she wants something she will screem for it how can i stay sane all day long alone with her
