Wanted job: financial yst. I got ociates degree; pursuing bachelors; no job experience; where to start?
With an ociates degree in accounting I'm about to pursue a bachelors in business/finance. I've got no relevant job experience in this field. I don't know what would be best for me to do in order to land a job working as a financial yst. Should I get an internship while earning a bachelors degree, or finish up the bachelors and get an entry level position in a bank? Is a bachelors even enough? Do I need to go for my master's and/or a CFA license or some other certification or an exam? Where is the highest ratio for job satisfaction and lucrative prospect in the finance field? Would I need to utilize my ociate's in accounting? What GPA should I maintain for this profession? What starting salary can I expect to get? What other professions are there in the finance arena which are not too stressful/time consuming, offering good pay? I have no idea where to start, so any constructive advice and opinions are all greatly appreciated.
