General physics integration question....?

I was wondering....I am doing Gauss law and biot savort and current and resistance and magnetism......all these have integration from calculus in them....but what kind of integration should I know before I start doing these questions? U substitution? so what I am asking is what do the majority of the questions use for integration....I really hate integration and suk at it so I would like to build confidence by doing most questions that use same integration technique.
