India is more modern and advance like England now? True?

wat crap its still undeveloped .......many places dnt even hav water n electricty facilities ..some places in mumbai,delhi etc... are good i mean not all the mumbai n delhi only some ....actualy indiaS media is far more developed and advance and bollywood adds to it because of which u fink india is developed n stuff......its not developed it has some good stuff goin on bt its very far away from U.K VERY VERY FAR behind.
