Who will believe in God when it is announced, "She has fallen! Babylon the Great has fallen.?

The 2 witnesses will warn those in Jerusalem after they resurrect. Also the 144,000 will be preaching confirming the 2 prophets. Today the saints of the Second 8th Week are warning the world of the coming tribulation which will happen after the first rapture. Though the whole world will be affected by these things the false prophet which emerges from the abyss will deceive the world again and they will not repent.
