I have this splotchy reddish-brown rash on the tops of my feet...?

They don't itch or hurt in any way, you can't feel them, they are really just a discoloration of the skin. But i've had them for several months now. I've seen questions from other people with the same thing who's doctors have told them it's nothing but they never got a straight answer as to what it is?
