A little gr frog jumped into my hottub and can't move it's back legs now. It's alive and alert. Advice?

We opened the hot tub to check on the little frogs that are usually there. One was right next to the opening and jumped into the hot tub. The water is pretty hot, hotter than usual and chlorinated now. We got it out as fast as we could but now it's back legs aren't working. They're stiff. It's front legs are moving and it seems alert. It tried to crawl away from us when we moved it, but it was dragging it's back legs. It's been like this for about 45 minutes and it seems to be breathing well and has a seemingly normal heart beat. If it does need to be transported how would we do that? If you have ANY ideas on what's wrong with it you're advice and knowledge would help a lot. Thank you!
