How to unlock my iphone?

hi i have a iphone that i updated with itunes accidentally the phone is jailbroken but still unlocked the version is 4.2.1 (8c148) Model MB046LL and the base band is 06.15.00 the problem is the WiFi it doesn't work so can i unlock with other solution without wifi? can i downgrade the baseband and how to to that? thanks
