Why haven't the navy seals done anything yet about the Somali maritime organizers yet?

We have to wait for the UN toput trade sanctions on Somalia, then whine and moan about how to end this peacefully, then send a letter to Somalia that has big words in it, and then sit and wait. And, so soem SEALS cut through the red tape, kill the pirates, and will probably stand trial at the UN for war crimes.
