VERY INPORTENT RUNESCAPE QUESTION.?

5 years ago i played runescape during that time i said **** and fuc* than they bannded me.now i start to play in 2007 and i cant talk AT ALL.i always have to use quick chat ive been playing for 2 YEARS.without talking ive checked my bans and noting!!!! and no matter what world am in i have to use quick chat :( even if am a member..............could they have remembered my Ip address from 2007????????? please give me a vary longggg logical answer. thank you very much.OH am a level 73 and my runescape name is darkcarbon1..............and heres my youtube video showing how i cant talk. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xb-nIQwC68I&feature=channel_page
