Do normal Turkish kebabs use MSG?

Because the meat and dressings seems to have so much flavour that sometimes its not funny, specially if the salad runs out and you're just eating plain meat. It seems whatever they marinade the meat in and add to the dressing is stuffed with MSG. I don't want to ask though.
