What should i tell my mom? :[?

ok, i am 13 and i am not allowed to have to boyfriend and my mom doesnt even wantin me to have friends who are boys, but even though she doesnt want me datin, i still do with our her knowin, but me and my boyfriend(jack) have been going out for over a month, and i think i should tell her but what should i tell her??? and how??? advice??? please.
