Who else out there is trying to get a book published?

Most if not all first time novelists have to accept that rejection is inevitable and I'm no exception. I've had 22 rejections and two agents requesting to see the complete mcript, which they later rejected without giving a reason. Does anyone know of an agency that will give constructive criticism or reasons for rejection. I've had agents compliment the book but still reject it ??? I would love just one to tell me why.
