Why is my NAT strict for my PS3? (Read description)?

I have port forwarded my PS3, and given it a static IP address and I put it in the DMZ of my router. I have entered the internet setting on the PS3 correctly. My router doesn't have uPnP, it's a draytek vigor 2600, I am guessing it is too old. So how can i make the NAT open?
