What information can you legally re-post without getting into legal problems?

My exwife has a severe arrest record, and has recently used my social to get credit cards. She's maxed out the cards and my credit plummeted because of it. Can I post newspaper articles about the things she has been arrested for? They are on the internet already. I just want to know if we can re-post them elsewhere. Maybe even save some other schmuck from getting screwed over by her. Thanks... :)
